常见问题 / FAQ

1. 摄像头无法启动或无法识别魔方 / Camera won’t start or cube isn’t recognized

  • 请在系统设置中允许 ccSolver 使用相机。Ensure good lighting and align each face to the guide frame as prompted.
  • — English — Allow ccSolver to use the camera in Settings. Use good lighting; follow the voice prompt and wait for the capture sound before the next face.

2. 求解失败或步骤异常 / Solve fails or steps look wrong

  • 请确认六面均已按语音提示完整录入（白、绿、红、蓝、橙、黄）。若颜色识别有误，可使用「手动填色」修正后再求解。需联网，请检查网络。
  • — English — Make sure all six faces were captured in order. Use “Manual color entry” if colors were wrong. Solving requires internet; check your connection.

3. 语音播报无声音或听不清 / No voice or hard to hear

  • 请检查设备音量和静音开关。若在嘈杂环境，可结合 3D 动画与步骤文字操作。
  • — English — Check device volume and mute. In noisy places, follow the 3D animation and step text instead.

4. App 闪退或无法打开 / App crashes or won’t open

  • 请将 ccSolver 更新至最新版本。若问题仍存在，请邮件说明设备型号与系统版本。
  • — English — Update ccSolver to the latest version. If it still happens, email us your device model and OS version.

ccSolver 支持语音引导摄像头自动录入六面、自动求解，并配合语音与 3D 动画一步步还原三阶魔方；同时支持手动填色后求解。适用于想还原魔方但不想记公式的用户。
