ccPad（以下简称「本 App」或「我们」）重视您的隐私。本政策说明我们如何收集、使用、存储与保护与您使用本 App 相关的信息，请您在使用前阅读并知悉。

ccPad (“we” or “the App”) respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information related to your use of the App. Please read it before using the App.

一、我们收集的信息 / 1. Information We Collect

1. 本地处理、不上传的信息 / Information that stays on your device

  • 计时成绩与设置 / Times and settings：打乱、成绩、惩罚、魔方类型、起停点数、皮肤等均保存在您的设备本地，不会上传到我们的服务器，也不会与微信小程序或其他 App 同步。
  • — English — Scrambles, results, penalties, puzzle type, start/stop modes, and skins are stored only on your device. They are not uploaded to our servers and are not synced with the WeChat mini program or other apps.
  • 语音播报 / Speech：若您开启成绩播报，语音在设备本地由系统合成，我们不会收集或存储您的声音。
  • — English — If result speech is on, it is synthesized on your device. We do not collect or store your voice.

2. 我们不收集的信息 / What we do not collect

  • 本 App 不要求注册账号，不使用摄像头或相册，不获取通讯录、位置，也不主动收集姓名、电话、邮件等个人身份信息。
  • — English — The App does not require an account, does not use the camera or photo library, and does not access contacts or location. We do not collect your name, phone number, or email.

3. 与 Apple 相关的信息 / Apple-related information

  • 若您通过 App Store 购买年订阅（ccpad_yearly）或终身会员（ccpad_lifetime），购买与订阅状态由 Apple 处理。我们只会收到用于核验权益的匿名交易信息，不会获取您的 Apple ID 或支付详情。
  • — English — Yearly (ccpad_yearly) and lifetime (ccpad_lifetime) purchases are processed by Apple. We only receive anonymous transaction data needed to unlock features. We do not receive your Apple ID or payment details.

4. 设备与诊断信息 / Device and diagnostics

  • 为保障兼容性，系统或您主动反馈时，我们可能获知设备类型、系统版本、App 版本等匿名信息，仅用于故障排查与产品改进。
  • — English — We may receive anonymous device type, OS version, and app version from the system or your support email, only for troubleshooting and improvement.

二、信息的使用目的 / 2. How We Use Information

  • 提供四点计时、打乱、观察、皮肤与本地成绩等核心功能。To provide 4-Pad timing, scrambles, inspection, skins, and local history.
  • 核验会员权益（试用次数、年订阅、终身买断）。To verify trial and membership entitlements.
  • 改进 App 稳定性与使用体验。To improve stability and user experience.
  • 在法律法规要求时配合有关部门。To comply with applicable law when required.

三、信息的存储与安全 / 3. Storage and Security

  • 计时数据保存在您的设备上，卸载 App 或清除本机数据后可能无法恢复。我们不会在自有服务器上建立您的成绩档案。
  • — English — Timing data stays on your device. Uninstalling the App or clearing data may permanently delete it. We do not keep a solve history on our servers.

四、信息的共享与披露 / 4. Sharing and Disclosure

我们不会出售您的个人信息。除以下情况外，我们不会与第三方共享您的个人信息：经您明确同意；为履行法律法规或政府、司法机关要求；为完成 App Store 内购所必需的 Apple 服务。

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only: with your consent; when required by law or authorities; or with Apple as needed to process in-app purchases.

五、您的权利 / 5. Your Rights

您有权：不提供非必要信息；在设备设置中关闭语音等可选功能；删除 App 或本机数据以清除本地成绩；通过本政策末尾联系方式向我们询问与本政策相关的问题。

You may decline non-essential options, turn off optional speech in Settings, delete the App or local data to erase history, and contact us about this policy.

六、未成年人 / 6. Children

本 App 不主动面向未成年人收集个人身份信息。若您为未成年人的监护人并认为存在不当收集，请通过下方联系方式与我们联系，我们将尽快处理。
