Four-point start or stop feels unresponsive

  • — English — Hold the phone in landscape, thumbs on the long bottom edge and index fingers on top. Hold until the digits turn green, then lift together to start. Stop using the selected mode: four fingers together, both sides almost together, or a single tap.

Orientation or pad layout looks wrong

  • — English — ccPad is landscape only. Turn off portrait lock and reopen the app. Avoid Split View or Slide Over.

Purchase fails or Restore does nothing

  • — English — Sign in with the same Apple ID and tap Restore in Settings. A yearly plan ends unless renewed; lifetime can be restored on a new device. Apple handles billing.

Free trials used up

  • — English — Without membership you get 5 free solves, then 1 extra free solve each day. Unlock yearly or lifetime for unlimited timing.

5. App 闪退或无法打开 / App crashes or won’t open
