欢迎使用 ccPad 四点手垫计时 App（以下简称「本 App」或「本服务」）。请您在使用前仔细阅读本协议。下载、安装或使用本 App，即表示您同意受本协议约束。

Welcome to ccPad. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

一、服务说明 / 1. Service Description

ccPad 是一款面向魔方速拧与竞技叠杯的横屏四点计时工具，提供四点 / 两点 / 单点起停、皮肤、打乱、观察与本地成绩等功能。具体功能以 App 内实际提供为准，我们有权根据运营需要调整功能或规则，并尽量通过更新说明告知用户。

ccPad is a landscape 4-Pad timer for speedcubing and sport stacking. It offers 4/2/1-point start and stop, skins, scrambles, inspection, and local history. Features may change; we will try to inform you via release notes.

二、使用规范 / 2. Acceptable Use

您在使用本 App 时，应遵守法律法规及公序良俗，并承诺：不利用本 App 从事任何违法、侵权或损害他人合法权益的行为；不进行反向工程、反编译、破解或试图获取源代码等行为；不干扰、破坏本 App；不将本 App 用于商业性批量推广等未经我们书面同意的用途。我们有权对违反上述规范的行为采取警告、限制功能、终止服务等必要措施。

You must use the App in compliance with applicable law. You agree not to use it for illegal or harmful purposes; reverse engineer or attempt to obtain source code; interfere with the App; or use it for commercial bulk promotion without our written consent. We may warn, restrict, or terminate access if these rules are violated.

三、知识产权 / 3. Intellectual Property

本 App 的界面、文案、图标、皮肤与软件代码等内容的著作权、商标权及其他知识产权归本 App 开发者或相应权利人所有。未经授权，您不得复制、修改、传播或用于其他产品与服务。

All rights in the App’s interface, text, icons, skins, and code belong to the developer or respective right holders. You may not copy, modify, or use them in other products without permission.

四、免责声明 / 4. Disclaimer

  • 本 App 仅供计时与训练参考。我们不对因使用本 App 所导致的任何直接或间接损失（包括但不限于比赛成绩争议、设备损坏、数据丢失等）承担责任，法律另有规定的除外。
  • — English — The App is for timing and practice only. We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss from using it (including contest disputes or data loss), except where the law requires otherwise.
  • 因设备兼容性、系统更新、误触等原因导致的计时偏差或中断，我们将在合理范围内尽力改善，但不承担由此产生的责任。您通过本 App 使用第三方服务（如 Apple 支付）时，须同时遵守该第三方的条款与政策。
  • — English — We are not liable for timing errors or interruptions due to device compatibility, system updates, or accidental touches, though we will try to improve where reasonable. Third-party services such as Apple billing have their own terms.

五、付费、订阅与退款 / 5. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

本 App 提供试用：未开通会员时可免费计时 5 次，用完后每天再免费用 1 次。付费项目包括：

  • 年订阅会员 / Yearly membership（产品 ID：ccpad_yearly）：按年自动续订。订阅期结束前 24 小时未取消的，Apple 将按届时展示价格自动续费。您可随时在 Apple ID 的订阅设置中取消，取消后当前已支付周期仍可继续使用至到期。
  • 终身会员 / Lifetime membership（产品 ID：ccpad_lifetime）：一次性买断，非消耗型项目，不自动续费。

具体价格以 App 内及 App Store 展示为准。购买与扣费均通过 Apple 完成。退款请依照 Apple 的退款政策向 Apple 申请，我们无法直接处理退款。

You get 5 free solves, then 1 extra free solve each day. Paid options: Yearly (ccpad_yearly) auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, managed in your Apple ID subscriptions; Lifetime (ccpad_lifetime) is a one-time non-consumable. Prices are shown in the App and on the App Store. Purchases go through Apple; request refunds from Apple. We cannot process refunds directly.

六、隐私 / 6. Privacy

我们收集、使用、存储您信息的方式与目的，以《隐私政策》为准。使用本 App 即表示您已阅读并同意该政策。

七、协议变更与终止 / 7. Changes and Termination

我们有权根据需要修改本协议，修改后的协议将在本页面或 App 内公布。若您不同意修改内容，可停止使用本 App；继续使用即视为接受修改。我们可能因业务调整、合规要求等原因暂停或终止部分或全部服务，将尽可能提前通知。

We may change these terms. The updated version will be on this page or in the App. If you disagree, stop using the App; continued use means you accept the changes. We may suspend or discontinue the service with reasonable notice where needed.

八、适用法律与争议解决 / 8. Law and Disputes

本协议的订立、效力、解释与争议解决均适用中华人民共和国法律（不包括冲突法）。因本协议或本 App 使用产生的争议，双方应尽量友好协商；协商不成的，可向本 App 开发者所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding conflict of law rules). Disputes will first be resolved by good-faith negotiation; if that fails, they may be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction where the developer is located.
